The GBL0022 is a connectorized X6 frequency extension module featuring integrated Automatic Level Control (ALC) for high stability over time and temperature. The internal signal chain consists of a frequency multiplier, VGA, and power amplifier, delivering a leveled output of up to 28 dBm with a 30 dB gain control range.

The module includes an internal power detector and control unit that regulates the VGA to maintain a constant output. It is designed for simple integration, requiring only a ±6V supply and a DC SET voltage to define the desired output power level.
