Gotmic can also offer MMIC chips integrated in easy handling modules with waveguide interfaces (WR-10, WR-12 and WR-15) at the RF input/output and SMA-connectors at lower frequencies. The building practice is based on a low loss substrate on a metal carrier to ensure great electrical performance together with good heat dissipation and stability. The waveguide transitions promises excellent performance (typical 0.3 dB loss per waveguide transition). These modules are available as evaluation cards for the amplifiers, mixers and as RX/TX solutions.
